What you are telling us
The music you submit is your own work. You wrote it, you own it or control the rights to it, and nothing in it belongs to someone else. It is not wholly the product of an AI generator; tools may have helped, but a person made this music.
What you allow us to do
If a track of yours is accepted, you allow AGsoundtrax to host it, create watermarked demos of it, and license it to customers on your behalf. From time to time we may also feature your tracks in promotions, sales or discounts for clients; your share is always a share of what was actually paid. This is not an exclusive arrangement: your music stays yours, and you may keep selling it elsewhere.
Content ID
AGsoundtrax does not register your music with YouTube Content ID or any other content identification system, and does not claim it. Whether your work is registered is your own decision and your own arrangement. Tell us which of your tracks are registered and keep that answer current from your portal, because customers see it before they license. If a customer using your music receives a claim, releasing it is yours to do, promptly. A claim left standing after three days, or a registration you did not disclose, is grounds for removing the track.
Money
Revenue from pay-per-track licenses of your tracks is shared with you at the rate stated in your composer terms, currently fifty percent of each license, and payments are sent at the end of every month. Subscription revenue is shared differently, and is described in the subscription section below.
See exactly how a licence is split ↗Your numbers
Your portal tracks the plays, demo downloads and licensed tracks of your catalogue, and the figures you see are the figures we see. Email notifications about your account can be managed from your dashboard.
The subscription plan
Joining the subscription pool is your choice, made from your dashboard, never automatic. Subscription money is not a percentage of a sale: half of the subscription revenue goes to the composers as a pool, and your share of that pool is decided by how much of it your tracks were actually downloaded. Once you are in, clients may rely on your tracks being there, so leaving the pool is handled together with the team rather than by a switch, and follows the same seven-to-thirty-day window as a removal.

You may request the removal of any of your tracks at any time from your portal. Removal from every surface can take from 7 to 30 days, and licenses already sold remain valid for their buyers. We will never tie you to any long-term agreement. We want to keep our artists happy, not to keep them as our prisoners.
Honesty both ways
We listen to everything submitted and answer every application. If we decline, we tell you why. If any statement you made here turns out to be untrue, we may remove your music and close your account.
